Sheila brings experience that spans 25 years of professional and entrepreneurial skills in real estate. Her success is rooted in highly effective building and growing relationships with her clients. After an extensive career with Maximum Output Mortgage, Sheila was Owner of Loan Concepts and President of Parkside Homes for the next decade. During this time Sheila managed all aspects of the business including real estate transactions, accounting, marketing, operations, and management. Most recently, Sheila has served as the real estate broker for DSI Properties specializing in both residential and commercial Real Estate.

Michael has been affiliated with DSI Properties, Inc. since 2007 when he was assisting them with specialty tax strategies related to self-storage facilities. His responsibilities include acquisitions, marketing, sales and client/vendor relations. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from California State University – Long Beach, with a major in Business administration and a concentration in Marketing. Prior to joining DSI Properties, Michael had extensive experience in commercial real estate tax strategies, management, marketing and real estate acquisitions.

James McElroy is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and Graduate studies at Cornell University. James began his career as a commercial real estate agent with Feher Young & Associates Inc. San Francisco Ca. James specialized in apartment units, hotels, strip malls and agricultural land. His family moved to Southern California in 2004 to work with Coldwell Banker Real Estate. James brings his extensive experience to the DSI Properties Inc. team. He specializes in commercial and residential real estate transactions, as well as tax strategies.

After receiving his BA in Finance from San Diego State Univ., Paul consulted with Deloitte & Touche and achieved Director level positions with Hewlett Packard, Verifone, and Schilling Robotics. Simultaneously, Paul received his MBA in Finance and Accounting from UC Davis. Utilizing his accounting background, Paul successfully implemented depreciation strategies that led to significant tax advantages for his employers as a result of new business ventures and commercial property acquisitions resulting in tens of millions of dollars in tax savings. Just prior to receiving his real estate license, Paul spent several years in Sales Management with Hilton Corp. Combining almost 30 years of finance, accounting, and sales management Paul is highly and uniquely qualified to achieve our client’s real estate objectives.
